Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead and collaborate with engineering teams in developing and maintaining software applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage 4-8 engineers, ensuring productivity, delivery, and team morale

Oversee the upgrade and management of Core Systems and ensure adherence to software specifications

Act as a technical expert, handling application modifications, performance optimization, and complex technical challenges

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree / experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack web application development

Strong experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relational / noSQL databases

4+ years of experience with web frameworks such as Rails, Laravel, Django, etc

Demonstrated experience in leading an engineering team, including managing scrum ceremonies and code reviews
