Being a Manager at Whataburger is an incredibly important job and is a key position for our operational success. The Managers role is essential to produce quality products, world class customer experiences, and team member retention. Youll serve as both a restaurant leader and a team member. Youll work hard to serve the customers in your restaurant and to make each individual on your team reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities :
- Assist Operating Partners in Daily Operations of a Multi-Million dollar business
- Run Excellent Operations through floor management
- Lead and Inspire Teams Create an environment of service excellence with urgency
- Provide Extraordinary Hospitality and Customer Service
- Handles customer issues immediately with the upmost respect to the customer
- Establish and maintain positive, professional, and effective working relationships
- Be a Problem Solver
- Food preparation and delivery maintaining quality standards
- Fiscal responsibilities
- Maintain open and professional communication with management and team
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Supports with hiring, scheduling, and conducts other restaurant administrative responsibilities
- Achieve and Maintain Certifications
Requirements :
Must be able to stand during entire shiftMust be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and pushMust be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)Frequent contact / immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and product itemsFrequent washing of handsQualifications :
Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma / GEDSolid communication skills and the ability to build and maintain an effective working relationship with management and co-workersDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skillsExperience in restaurant, retail or hospitality settingFood Safety Certification preferredBenefits / Perks :
