Must be available 3rd shift, Monday-Sunday 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Previous hospitality experience is highly desired.

Job Description : Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check-in and check-out process as well as in-house. Also, end of day balancing is required.

Job Duties :

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in / check-out service
• Provide superior guest service
• Entering / changing reservation information on PMS
• Processing payments from guests
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities / services
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database
