Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in theCitrus Heights, CA area for the 2024-2025 school year.

Job Details :
- Provide healthcare services to students in a school setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist in the management of chronic health conditions and emergencies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student health and wellness
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized healthcare plans
Qualifications :
- Valid California LVN license
- Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
- Must have experience with disability acmodations, such as g-tube and toileting assistance, as well as insulin administration
- Experience with nebulizer treatments required
- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
