We are seeking an Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team in downtown Little Rock. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start a career in insurance.

You will receive hands-on training and company-paid coaching to ensure your success. First-year compensation can range between $15.

00 - $20.00 / hour with commission & bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Present and explain insurance policy options tailored to clients' needs and goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to build client loyalty and retention.
  • Call potential clients to provide insurance quotes.
  • Meet new business production goals to drive agency growth.
  • Use our lead management system to follow up with potential clients.
  • Continuously develop service & sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirement

  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
  • Have a positive mindset and be eager to learn.
  • Be a team player who is customer-focused and self-driven.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Be coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
