Responsibilities
- Sell and promote Allstate insurance products to new and existing customers
- Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up
- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring detailed understanding of their insurance needs
- Meet and exceed sales goals with a commission-driven focus
- Our current top producers are earning $100k+ in annual compensation
Requirement
- Must possess an active TX Property and Casualty license
- At least 1 year of experience in Allstate insurance sales strongly preferred
- Strong sales background is essential
- History of high production strongly preferred
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrates high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
- Highly detail-oriented and compliance-focused
- Excellent relationship-building skills, aimed at maintaining a high level of client retention and satisfaction
- Driven, goal-oriented, and ready to achieve and exceed targets
