The Registered Nurse assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.

Actively engage in the health care team, offering both direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.

Assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients continuously throughout their care journey.

Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SPBH.

Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.

Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to developing, implementing, and documenting tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for :

Education & Licensure : Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required and able to produce a valid Washington State RN license.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience : A minimum of three years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.

Additional Skill Requirements : Demonstrate exceptional crisis management and time management skills. Showcase your flexibility and creativity, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Exhibit a calm, organized, and professional demeanor even in the face of stressful situations.

Compensation :

This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range for this role is $40.00 to $50.00 hourly. $20,000 sign-on bonus for overnight shift* / $15,000 sign-on bonus for day shift* & shift differentials for overnights & weekend shifts! We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level.
