St. Ann's Community is currently looking for compassionate and energetic CNA's! St. Ann's Community has built a reputation for providing Rochester's most exceptional care for our Elders.
We offer a wide range of positions at our Irondequoit and Webster campuses.
St. Ann's Community Offers :
- Full time Day & Evening Shifts
- Starting rate - $18.50 / hr.
- $4 / hr. Evening / Night Differential
- $6 / hr. All Weekend Shifts Differential

Job Description :
- Provide high quality, individualizes patient care in collaboration with our nursing team
- Take initiative while assisting and maintaining patient care
- Assist the resident in activities necessary as per individualized care planning
- Transport Elders to and from activities
- Perform evaluation and reporting
- Provide resident and family with emotional support individualized care planning
- Receive / give reports to team members / team leaders to appropriate professional staff
Candidate Requirements :
- Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant License (CNA) - Required
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with Elders - Preferred
- Ability to work in a team oriented work group
- Proficient in various computer programs and Medical Records Documentation system
