Position Responsibilities

Drive recruitment, succession plans, employee relations, development, communication and team effectiveness for distribution hubs in California, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin.

Work with management to identify future key openings and develop a strategy to fill those roles.

Mentor and train new HR talent and develop a team of HR professionals.

Partner with Corporate Human Resources team to deliver HR processes and programs in line with business and company goals.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.

10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.

Workday experience a plus.

Available for travel to Uline's North American locations and job fairs.
