Associate Dentist – Private Practice with Growth Opportunity

Campbellsville, KY | Full-Time | Privately Owned, Patient-Focused Office

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Associate Dentist to join our growing, privately owned dental practice in Campbellsville, KY. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, ethical environment with long-term growth potential and a clear path to future partnership.

About the Practice

Founded in 2017 and recently expanded, our modern, fully digital practice serves a broad patient base with a full scope of general dentistry. We are privately owned and not affiliated with any DSO or corporate group. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent clinical care with empathy and integrity. Every patient is treated like family, from their first call to the final follow-up.

Technology and Equipment :

  • Open Dental software
  • CBCT and digital imaging
  • Trios intraoral scanner
  • WaveOne and ProTaper rotary systems
  • Four hygiene operatories and five treatment chairs

We provide everything from routine preventive care to complex rehabilitations, implant placement and restoration, surgical extractions, dentures, crowns, and root canals. We see patients of all ages, including restorative care for children as young as four, and refer more complex pediatric cases as appropriate.

We do not currently offer orthodontic services, but are highly interested in an associate with experience in or a desire to learn clear aligner therapy. We also plan to expand into dental sleep medicine.

Schedule   Full-time, 4 or 5 days per week

  • Office hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Percentage of production or collections (to be determined)
  • Daily guaranteed minimum
  • Annual bonus based on net profit
  • 50 / 50 split on continuing education

    • What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients of all ages
  • Maintain autonomy in diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of dental assistants and front office staff
  • Participate in the long-term growth and vision of the practice

    • Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree and valid Kentucky dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • 2–5 years of experience preferred, but recent graduates are welcome
  • GPR or AEGD training is a plus, not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who shares our values of patient-first care and clinical excellence
