Summary
We are looking for a skilled Labor & Delivery Scrub Tech to join our team at Williamson Health in Franklin, Tennessee. As a part of our comprehensive health care system, you will play a vital role in providing world-class, compassionate care to our patients.
In this role, you will work on a PRN (as-needed) basis, supporting the perinatal health care team in delivering exceptional patient care in a surgical setting.

Position Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Scrub tech certification required
- Previous scrub tech experience or graduate of scrub tech school
- BLS within 90 days of hire
Performance Standards
- Collaborate with labor and delivery surgical team members to coordinate patient care effectively
- Maintain a sterile field and handle medications / solutions safely and accurately
- Facilitate staff development and participate in the orientation and training of new personnel
