Job Description
Eurofins Environment Testing is searching for a Project Management Assistant I in Raleigh (Cary, NC).
The Project Management Assistant I supports the Project Management staff in servicing clients to meet the Client Service Organization mission.
The Project Management Assistant I responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Project Set-UpCreate bottle orders.Schedules courier or field sampler, if needed.Confirms non-Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) subcontract labs are on the approved list and set up as vendors for existing work.
Generates accounting software requisition when sending subcontract samples.
Sample ReceiptReviews log-in.Generates subcontract paperwork.Sends client sample receipt confirmation.Reviews draft invoices.
Confirms that any client needed information (purchase order, project number, etc.) is recorded in LIMS for invoicing.
ReportingCreates and issues final report by client due date.Issues final data package.State reporting forms and submission.
Data upload.Compiles case narrative.
InvoicingReviews final invoice before issuing to clientGenerates credit / debit memos as needed.Submits credit / debit memos for approval.
Submits approved credit / debit memos to client, if needed.Submits revised invoices.
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications :
- Education : Associates degree (four years of client-relationship / client services experience may substitute for degree)
- Experience : 1-3 years business experience required; prefer bench chemist experience
Ability and / or Skills :
- Ideally a familiarity or ability to learn Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) services, products, testing capabilities, technology, production, and support systems.
- Program specifications and laboratory procedures.
- Environmental regulations.

- Laboratory methods and techniques.

- Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP).

Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Raleigh, NC are encouraged to apply.
Pay rate : $19 / hr
Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
