Sr / Business Development Director
Small Molecule CDMO
Salary : $170k - $200k + Bonus
We are partnered with a leading global CDMO, offering a wide range of solutions including product development, scale-up, and manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new client acquisition and manage the development of existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain a client visit plan, providing formal call reports for each engagement.
- Contribute to the development of market segment strategies to align with the company’s expanding portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, Operations) to optimize business opportunities and provide commercial support during project execution.
- Monitor and manage the sales budget, preparing work order extensions as needed.
Key Qualifications :
- BA, BS, or advanced degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, etc.).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong understanding of API development and CMC processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Highly motivated, independent self-starter, capable of working effectively from a home office.
- Prior experience with cross-functional or cross-cultural teams in complex environments is highly desirable.
