  • Assess individual patient needs and develop personalized care plans incorporating evidence-based practices.\n
  • Administer medications and treatments according to approved protocols, ensuring patient safety and care quality.\n
  • Document and coordinate patient care proficiently, including assessments, education, and treatment protocols.\n
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, considering the capabilities of team members and the specific needs of patients.\n
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment.\n
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding changes in patient condition.\n
  • Educate patients and families on post-visit self-care to empower informed decision-making.\n
  • Foster a compassionate environment for patients and their families, ensuring their comfort and care.\n
  • Serve as a mentor and role model within the healthcare team.\n
  • Participate in departmental meetings and continual compliance training.\n
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and maintain a clean, safe environment.\n
  • Take responsibility for your professional development and stay updated with continuing education.\n
  • Assist in precepting new staff or participating in team governance.\n

  • This role does not involve management responsibilities. You will report to a supervisor or manager.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n
  • Education : Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.\n
  • Experience : No prior experience is necessary.\n\nAlternative Qualifications\n
  • If you hold an RN diploma or certificate, you may qualify with a current RN compact / multistate license or a state license where you will be working.\n\nRequired Certifications\n
  • Must hold a valid RN compact / multistate license recognized by NCSBN or be licensed to practice as an RN in the applicable state.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n
