D Aceto Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This position is ideal for individuals looking to advance their careers in human resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Help with performance management processes and documentation.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in an HR assistant or coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
