We're creating tools that empower anyone to build online games with the help of AI.
As a Staff ML Product Engineer , you'll lead the development of our game creation tools by leveraging cutting-edge ML models.
This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, including both theoretical and practical experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, embeddings, and semantic search.
This is not a research position it's for entrepreneurial engineers eager to make a tangible impact on game creation. You'll work across disciplines, from game engine technology to frontend and backend development.
We need someone who can prototype at lightning speed (days, not weeks) and has the technical depth to deliver production-ready code and robust ML model evaluations.

Responsibilities
- Integrate ML Models and APIs into new and existing engines and games.
- Build end to end products, from front end development, down to evaluation models and backend APIs.
- Level up core engineering team on ML principles and architecture.
Specific Skills
- Have familiarity with the latest AI research and working knowledge of how these systems are efficiently implemented.
- Full-Stack development and demonstrated experience on rapid prototyping.
- Eye for user experience and product requirements.
- Demonstrable knowledge of game engines like Unreal, Unity, Roblox Studio, or Godot.
- Core understanding of existing LLM APIs like OpenAI, Vertex, Llama 3, etc.
