RN - Home Health - St. Joseph Health System Home Health Agency- Mission Viejo
Schedule : Monday- Friday with 1 weekend a month and 2 on call days
Service Locations : Servicing Coto de Caza, Trabuco Canyon and Rancho Santa Margarita
Job Description :
The Registered Nurse assesses patients for skilled home health needs, develops and initiates a plan of care with the physician approval and provides nursing care, ordered by the physician to patients in their place of residence.
The Registered Nurse continually re-evaluates the patients nursing needs.

Required Qualifications :
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Senior Registered Nurse : Completes Senior Level program within 6 months of employment.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
1 year Professional nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
IV and Central lines experience.
Experience with wound care including use of negative pressure devices.
Home health field experience.

About the Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
