Description
SUPERVISION RECEIVED : Director of Nursing & Administrator
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Contributes to the daily functioning of the department by performing daily tasks
such as data entry.
Exhibits willingness and responsiveness to supervisor's requests. Fulfills
additional responsibilities within the expertise of the individual's job scope,
which is appropriate to his / her practice.
Carries out work assignments with general supervision and exhibits good
judgment allowing for timely completion of work and on time daily departures,
unless deemed necessary by supervisor to stay.
Assists others with responsibilities and adjusts work schedule to meet department
needs without prompting.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
High School Diploma or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the
administrative office.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills encompassing strong oral and written
communication techniques.
Ability to multi-task.
PHYSICAL / MENTAL DEMANDS : Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
ENVIRONMENTAL / WORKING CONDITIONS : Normal busy office environment.
