Corporate Tax Law Firm Attorney

Latitude is seeking a Corporate Tax Attorney with 6-10 years of experience to join the tax practice of a highly-respected, collegial law firm.

Strong academic credentials, including an LLM in taxation, are required. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate tax matters such as formation, acquisition, disposition, merger and reorganization of business entities;

analyzing complex tax issues; and tax controversy.

Requirements for the Corporate Tax Attorney :

• 6-10 years of legal experience in corporate tax law
• LLM in taxation
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of the office location
• Outstanding references
