At this time, we are looking to hire a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer!

Overview And Key Responsibilities
The Electrical Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems to accommodate our rapidly growing medical device sector.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of production processes.
- Design and develop control systems for industrial machinery and equipment
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, and pneumatic systems
- Create and review electrical schematics using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to optimize control system performance
- Conduct tests and experiments to validate control system functionality
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on control systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in control systems technology
- Provide technical support and training to production teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical controls engineering
- Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting, especially with Allen Bradley systems
- Experience with HMI design and programming
- Knowledge of control systems, servo motors, and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and electrical schematics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with robotics is a plus
Compensation
- Salary of $85k-120k DOE
