Travel Cath Lab Tech

Location : The Woodlands, TX

Schedule : 4x10s (Days, rotating shifts)

Hours : 6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Travel Cath Lab Tech to join our team in The Woodlands, TX. This is a full-time contract position with a 4x10s schedule, offering 10-hour shifts from 6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM on a rotating basis.

The ideal candidate will bring advanced cardiovascular experience to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist physicians in performing catheterization and interventional procedures in the cath lab.
• Operate imaging equipment and monitor patients during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, equipment, and instruments.
• Administer medications and contrast agents as directed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Certification : Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist ( RCIS ) verification required.
• Licenses : Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ( ACLS ) and Basic Life Support ( BLS ) certifications are mandatory.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and procedural protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
