About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Night Shift Nursing Job Duration : 8 weeks Shift : Nights 7 PM - 7 AM Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 3 years required, telemetry experience preferred License : Current RN license required Certifications : BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire;
MOAB or CPI certifications preferred, but not required Must-Have : Must be a team player, have strong communication skills, and possess the ability to multi-task.
Flexibility in hours is necessary. Job Description : Perform patient care functions as approved by the State Board of Nursing and hospital policies and procedures.
- Work under the supervision of the Unit Director.- The Clinical Leader / Charge Nurse will provide direct supervision for the assigned shift.
- Participate in orientation sessions (up to 16 hours) as necessary.- Deliver services with the highest level of quality while seeking creative innovation.
- Collaborate in partnership, dialogue, and with shared purpose to create healthy communities.- Show respect, care, and sensitivity towards all, honoring the dignity of each person.
- Promote justice and ethical behavior, responsibly steward human, financial, and environmental resources.- Coverage required during holidays.
Note : This position requires travelers to reside outside the state and includes up to three potentially canceled shifts per a 13-week contract.
