Senior Project Manager Cybersecurity

Immediate opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who brings proven success delivering a variety of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects within large scale, enterprise environments.

Ideally seeking a professional experienced in leading full lifecycle projects from planning through hyper care, with ability to work in close partnership with IT, business leaders, executive sponsors and external vendors.

Experience guidelines :

• Experience in managing complex technical projects
• Leader in defining and development of project requirements, specifications, and detailed designs
• Understanding of fundamentals of IT Architecture & Systems to deliver solutions is a must
• Extensive experience in providing design documents and translating into component-level designs to accelerate development
• Proven ability to size a development effort
• Experience in integrating multiple systems (logic and data) across the enterprise is required
• Functional knowledge and experience in implementing large and complex solutions related to software, data or Infrastructure projects is required
• Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification
• Ability to create and follow work and data flow charts
• Strong understanding of the Project Life Cycle and various delivery methodologies including Waterfall, hybrid and Agile
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years leading cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects in complex environments
• Experience managing projects sized at $500K - $1M, or up to 5 small projects at a time, with teams of 25 people or less
• Create work breakdown structures to support project delivery and track plan
• Experience managing multiple medium to complex projects across multiple functions including planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and satisfaction of project requirements
• Proven experience successfully managing business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resources
• Ability to take ownership for managing all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementation
• Experience presenting, escalating, and providing solutions to senior leadership
• Experience managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
• Ability to quickly assess projects at the onset for areas of risk, identify gaps and recommend areas for improvement
• Experience in change management related aspects of project execution and ability to incorporate change considerations in planning / execution of projects

Daily Deliverables :

• Develop communications, training strategies and execute against them
• Create and maintain project budgets
• Identify, analyze, track, and manage to closure project risks and issues
• Manage and organize project teams to support project needs
• Manage projects to successfully meet business requirements and outcomes
• Manage project progress and create effective status reports in line with PMO standards
• Ensure that solutions and services deliver at or above expected business value
• Engage and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• Execute required change management activities including training and communication
• In collaboration with key stakeholders, forecast financial and resource needs to meet established objectives for delivery
• Plan and run test plans

This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days onsite to facilitate collaboration, and 2 days per week remote.
