Job Description

Job Title : Radiation Therapist

Location : Thornton, Colorado & Boulder, Colorado

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $40.00–$55.00 / hour (based on education, experience, and certifications)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and document radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist and Chief Radiation Therapist
  • Accurately input treatment parameters into the electronic medical record system
  • Assist with patient scheduling and billing coordination
  • Fabricate custom molds and cut blocks as needed
  • Perform basic monitor unit (MU) calculations and interpret computerized treatment plans
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program
  • 0–3 years of experience as a practicing Radiation Therapist
  • ARRT certification required
  • Valid Colorado state license for radiation therapy

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Capacity to safely assist and handle patients
  • Normal range vision and hearing (with correction if needed)
