Job Summary

We have an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to lead an outpatient wound care program in the Eugene market.

Join a dedicated team providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with chronic and complex wounds.

Position Highlights

  • MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM schedule
  • No nights, weekends, or on-call coverage
  • Outpatient, appointment-only clinic setting
  • Procedure-based practice minimal administrative burden
  • Collaborative environment with full clinical support team
  • Growth potential into leadership roles

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and manage wound care procedures : suturing, debridement, incision & drainage (I&D)
  • Provide advanced wound management and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Average 1520 patient encounters daily

    • Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (State of Oregon)
  • National certification and DEA license required
  • Minimum 1 year of NP experience with procedural skills
  • Experience in urgent care,wound care, dermatology, surgical, or procedural environments preferred

  • Competitive salary : $115,000$155,000 annually + quarterly bonus potential
