Position Overview

The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
• Manage and schedule resources, including workforce and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and compliance records.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
