About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Interventional Radiology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days, varying Guaranteed Hours : 36 Experience : - Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN - At least 1 year of pediatric interventional radiology experience License : - Current RN license with multistate privileges, or eligibility for licensure in the state prior to start date Certifications : - Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association - Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association Must-Have : - Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or Diploma Nursing degree - Bachelor’s degree in nursing or enrollment in an RN to BSN program preferred Job Description : - COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required - Flu vaccination is required from October through April;
flu exemption applications must be approved before starting - A Declination & Masking Protocol agreement must be signed, and masking is required during the respiratory virus season if not vaccinated for flu or COVID-19 - Collaborate with the healthcare team, patient, and family to promote patient health - Deliver professional nursing care tailored to the patient's age and condition as documented in nursing and medical care plans - Adhere to evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards, hospital goals, values, and regulatory standards - Provide holiday coverage as required
