TGG Accounting has partnered with a North Charleston, SC specialty residential construction group who are seeking to add territory managers in Augusta, GA;
Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; Greenville, SC; Savannah, GA; and Myrtle Beach, SC.

Annual Commission / Salary Goals : 10% of $1mm in sales
This is a commission-based sales role that comes with up to two (2) months of paid on-site training in the North Charleston headquarters.
Position Overview :
- Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the Sales Manager to schedule and optimize appointments in your designated geographical area.
- Project Estimation : Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate and quote project costs, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Coordination : Work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Key Qualifications :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
