Senior Treasury Analyst
Job Summary :
The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in managing the company's cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
This individual will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing strategies to optimize liquidity, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of treasury operations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cash Management : Monitor daily cash positions, forecast cash flow, and manage short-term investments to ensure liquidity needs are met.
- Investment Analysis : Evaluate investment opportunities, manage portfolio performance, and make recommendations to optimize returns.
- Risk Management : Identify and analyze financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Bank Relations : Maintain and manage relationships with banking partners, negotiate terms, and oversee bank account structures.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare and present detailed reports on cash flow, investment performance, and risk exposures to senior management.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.
- Process Improvement : Develop and implement processes to enhance the efficiency of treasury operations and financial management.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.
g., CFA, CTP) is preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, financial analysis, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and experience with treasury management systems.
- Technical Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software and databases.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial analyses and reporting.
