Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Diesel Mechanic to join our team on 2nd shift . In this role, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of heavy-duty trucks and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair Class 8 heavy-duty diesel trucks
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) services on rear loaders, front loaders, roll-offs, tractors, and box trucks
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and repair equipment including forklifts, skid steers, and wheel loaders
• Complete truck overhauls and rebuilds of retired units
• Perform welding and metal fabrication as needed (welding experience preferred but not required)
• Assist with general asset maintenance as required
• Occasionally respond to road calls for on-site repairs
• Accurately complete and review maintenance paperwork
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies
