Employer : Coupang Global LLC Job Title : Senior Software Engineer Job Requisition : 22237.42.2 Job Location : Seattle, Washington Coupang Global LLC seeks Senior Software Engineer to perform the following duties : Monitor and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure optimization for data processing workloads.
Design, develop and maintain data services and applications using open source projects, including Zeppelin, Hive, Spark and Redash.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure that data pipelines are integrated into the data lake using Airflow. Manage configurations and secrets required for data connections.
Identify and resolve issues within the Kubernetes cluster and data services, including debugging code and addressing deployment problems.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively detect and respond to anomalies. Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure that infrastructure is reliable and secure.
Document system architecture, deployment processes and best practices. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Software Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Engineer / Architect or related occupation performing software design, development and implementation.
