YOUR ROLE

  • Lead Quality and Operational initiatives at the site.
  • Drive corrective & preventative action plans.
  • Lead and support Continuous Improvement Projects.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodology and SQC to conduct studies on product and process consistency, quality issues and waste reduction.
  • Ensures site compliance with written programs, company guidelines and accredited standards (such as IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, and ExciPACT 2021)

YOUR SKILLS

  • BS Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field is required.
  • 2+ years’ experience in process and quality processes, Chemical Industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in ISO and / or GMP regulated manufacturing required.
  • Sitting and working on a computer, working in the plant environment, occasional travel

The salary for this role is $77, - $92, This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
