job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDue to exciting growth, we are looking to recruit a physician to join our Elder Care team Opportunity to expand and develop the geriatric program Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits Practice includes 2 NPs Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks’ vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation BC / BE Geriatrician or BC / BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience BC / BE Family Practice with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
