Primary Responsibilities
In the role of New Jersey Transportation Business Group Construction Management Lead we'll count on you to :
- Take responsibility for development, coordination, monitoring and improvement of technical competencies of staff and products to meet client needs and market drivers
- Oversee the growth and delivery of project services and deliverables to meet client expectations in the New Jersey construction services market
- Collaborate on business class efforts with company operations, marketing and management
- Develop and lead business class practice and professional discipline groups, and project teams
- Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or closely related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in transit, roadway or bridge construction
- Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
- Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
- Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
- Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Local NY / NJ candidates preferred
- 25+ years experience in transit, roadway or bridge construction
