Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment / re-assessment, direct patient care, and individualized care planning / implementation.

THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST FULL TIME?DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE / CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

MINIMUM EDUCATION : ?Bachelor s Degree from an Accredited Program in Physical Therapy.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : ?Six months of experience preferred.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURE : ?Licensure and Registration in Arizona. CPR.Description for Job , plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
