Join our team as a CNC Machinist and be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment. We are looking for individuals with a passion for precision machining and a keen eye for detail to operate CNC machines effectively.
This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be an integral part of our production process.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Inspect machined parts using bore gauges and other measuring instruments
- Program CNC machines to optimize production efficiency
- Assemble components using various tools and equipment
- Maintain equipment by conducting regular checks and cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines
- Experience with Fanuc controls and milling machines
- Ability to use bore gauges for precision measurements
- Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance
- Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles
- Ability to fabricate parts as needed
- Forklift operation experience is advantageous
