Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : 100% Onsite in Minneapolis
Pay : $25-$32 / hour
- Manage office operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable / receivable
- Assist with HR activities
- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Manage a multi-line phone system
- Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and complaints.
- Process orders, forms, and requests while contributing to team objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Detail-oriented with great attention to detail.
- Experience in project planning and organization.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
