We are looking for a highly experienced Life Sciences Head of Global Delivery with over 20 years of experience leading complex software development, system integration, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementations, and data lake / warehousing analytics projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality results, operating as a Technical Lead for more than 10 years, and mastering both waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies.

A day in the life :
- Lead global delivery of large-scale software development, system integration, COTS implementation, and data warehousing projects in the life sciences industry.
- Oversee and ensure technical excellence in project delivery by applying both waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies.
- Manage CI / CD pipelines, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab to automate and streamline development processes.
- Incorporate and oversee test automation technologies to optimize quality assurance processes.
- Build and lead high-performing global teams by interviewing and hiring key delivery resources, including project managers, business analysts, QA specialists, developers, architects, and other technical staff.
- Drive project profitability, ensuring a minimum gross margin (GM) of 35% on all projects.
- Consistently achieve a customer satisfaction score of 8 out of 10 across all engagements.
About you :
- 20+ years of experience delivering large-scale software development, system integration, COTS implementation, or data lake / warehousing analytics projects as a system integrator or consultant.
- 10+ years of experience operating in a Technical Lead role, managing complex projects in the life sciences domain.
- Expert-level proficiency in both waterfall and agile SDLC approaches.
- Deep understanding of CI / CD processes and hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab.
- Strong knowledge of test automation technologies and approaches.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead global delivery teams, including hiring and developing top talent across technical and managerial roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience managing international and cross-functional teams.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Tandym.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees.
