Title of Position : Guest Service Manager ?
Salary : $60K - $65K + 10% Bonus + Relocation Assistance
Job Responsibilities : ? The Guest Service ?Manager?will oversee all guest services associates, including front desk, concierge, valet, and pool operations.
The Guest Service Manager will ensure all associates are adhering to brand policies and procedures. This position will include working with the Director of Guest Services to ensure scheduling and inventories are within budget.
The Guest Service Manager will make sure guests’ needs are met in a timely and friendly?manner and?will resolve any guest issues that may arise.
The Guest Service Manager will serve as a positive example of our company?culture and?be able to motivate staff in a positive work environment.

Qualifications : ?
- The Guest Service Manager should have at least 2 years’ experience in the service industry in a similar role?
- The?Guest Service Manager?should have a passion for developing and mentoring people?
- Organization, communication and multi-tasking skills are a must for the?Guest Service Manager
- The?Guest Service Manager?should have a high degree of honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy?
- The?Guest Service Manager?should have open availability
