Are you a Forklift Operator and looking for a new opportunity?

Location : Richmond, VA

Pay Rate : $17-$20 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate sit-down forklifts to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Transport materials and products to designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies during receiving and shipping processes.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Perform inventory checks and assist with stock management.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A valid forklift certification is preferred but not required (company may assist with certification for the right candidate).
