Job Summary :

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, focusing on third-party logistics (3PL) services, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Fulfillment and Amazon FBA / Walmart WFS Prep Services.

This role requires a strong leader to manage staff, optimize inventory management, and ensure that all client orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 3PL operations, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Management :
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring proficiency in 3PL processes.
• Assign tasks, delegate tasks to employees and manage daily operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs) for DTC Fulfillment and FBA / WFS Prep Services.
• Develop and implement training programs focused on 3PL operations, safety protocols, and client-specific requirements.
• Assist employees with warehouse work as needed.
• Inventory Management :
• Oversee the accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and management of inventory across multiple client accounts.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity across all 3PL operations.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
• Develop new ways to optimize inventory management for fast and more efficient workflow
• Order Processing & Fulfillment :
• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring DTC and FBA / WFS orders are processed and shipped according to client specifications and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon and Walmart prep guidelines and other client-specific requirements.
• Monitor order processing metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Ensure timely and accurate orders processed on a daily basis.
• Safety & Compliance :
• Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Address any safety incidents or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Operational Efficiency & Improvement :
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and equipment use to streamline operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet or exceed operational targets.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within a 3PL environment.
• Strong understanding of third-party logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and FBA / WFS prep services.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with experience in training and development.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and orders simultaneously.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00 / hour.
