Job Description- Analyze available employee data across the whole employee journey, both quantitative and qualitative and from various sources, to support the validation of insights.
- Deploy projects with engagement / communication focus, to address employee pain points and employee needs. - Provides input on internal communication plan, covering both employee experience action points and business needs, based on global themes of Global Communications, Global Employee Experience.
- Supports in deploying initiatives to increate an inclusive, safe and empowering culture, possibly leading smaller initiatives, by actively creating content- Provide support in implementing talent strategy by utilizing analytics to identify potential gaps- Deploy annual talent and performance management cycles from a process standpointQualificationsPreferred Requirements- Experience in Communications, Journalism, Inclusion & Diversity or Change Management- First experience in deriving action from insights & making suggestions for initiatives- First experiences in devising messages for different audiences and in various formats- Experienced in photoshop, canva and other digital content creation software, etc.
