In this position you will...

Provide technical leadership in addition to hands on development to the Sales & Distribution Order-To-Cash products within FCSD.

Lead the transformation of the North American Order Management process, by transitioning from several legacy systems to SAP S / 4 HANA

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience
• Proven professional experience of 15+ years, working as an SD OTC consultant / architect in large complex SAP implementation projects, with hands-on experience in SD configuration.
• Ability to work hands on in development in addition to lead others on the technical team.
• Excellent understanding of the overall SAP SD module and how it integrates with other components of the S / 4HANA Suite (S / 4 Core, SPP, MM, FI, EWM).
• Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive API economy and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and lead teams including experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and Go-to-market leads.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience and teach others.
• Project experience on Interfaces with both SAP and non-SAP systems including iDocs, RFCs, BAPI etc.
• Ability to read ABAP code and debugging skills is preferred.
• Should possess complete knowledge on every phase of SAP implementation, including creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, roles and authorization, data migration, go-live support, and post go-live support.

• Worked in SAP implementations in NA & EU.
• Worked in Classic ECC to S / 4 migrations.
