What You Can Bring To Us

This award-winning, rapidly growing law firm is urgently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and driven Attorney - Employment Law to support our Employment Law Department .

In this role you will have the opportunity to perform the following responsibilities :

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
• Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations.
• Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in employment matters.
• Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Downtown Los Angeles office.

Your Skills

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least two years of experience specializing in employment litigation.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including time management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to type 60 wpm.
