You kick off by diagnosing and conquering maintenance challenges in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. Your expertise is the superpower that keeps our properties thriving.

QUALIFICATIONS :

To be considered, you need :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of previous experience in property management maintenance or a related trade

We Would Prefer :

• A knack for turning maintenance challenges into success stories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Current driver's license and automobile insurance

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time position, with the flexibility to conquer challenges whenever they arise. Overtime may be your ally, and being on-call is all in a day's work.
