We are looking for innovative and hard working Electronics Technician who is well versed in product development support and technical support.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- An AAS or BS in Electronics Technology or Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in product development support, testing, and validation
- 3+ years of experience in product support via telephone, web and onsite (if required)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Must be willing to travel 10-15%
- Excellent soldering, wiring, crimping, and electro-mechanical assembly skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Hands-on experience in reading, interpreting schematics, troubleshooting electronic circuits using lab equipment such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, etc.
- Develop / enhance test cases and perform Hardware and firmware testing
- Develop bug testing report in JIRA and ensure open issues are addressed, re-tested and accepted
- 3+ years of hands on experience in IoT systems
- 3+ years of experience in technical support of hardware and software systems
- 2+ years of experience in technical documentation such as BOM generation, ECN, test procedures and technical manual development
