Balance Point Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is Hiring experienced Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Service Technicians

Our Technicians utilize their knowledge to educate and support our customers in their homes and / or commercial spaces. We aim to help our clients through the services or products that meet their personalized needs.

Compensation of up to $45 / hour+ Spiffs + Bonuses for highly skilled and qualified top technicians.

Technician Requirements :

• 3 + years of HVAC Service NOT install experience
• HVAC technical school is preferred
• High School Degree
• NATE certification is preferred (We do provide the ability to gain certifications)
• Experience with residential or light commercial HVAC equipment
• EPA Refrigerant Certification
• Basic computer skills are required (as our technicians run off of tablets / IPads)
• Have acquired diagnostic tools needed for Journeyman Service Technician Position
• Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
• Valid Drivers License
