Qualified candidates will have prior experience in SNF / LTC admissions processes and will be responsible for :
- Coordinating the signing of new admission packets and agreements
- Maintaining required waiting list and admissions logs
- Answering questions related to the admissions process with appropriate parties
- Assisting with securing outside referral sources
- Being an internal facility contact for residents
