Overview

We're looking for a System Support Analyst for an onsite role in Columbia, SC

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support IT infrastructure
  • Resolve patching, compliance, updates, network, and security issues by coordinating with corporate associates in the datacenter
  • Manage server and password updates, occasionally outside regular business hours
  • Participate in quarterly production development moves, which occur on a Saturday

Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and / or programming experience, or other job-related IT experience
  • Experience with :
  • Windows server maintenance
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • System security and backup / recovery skills
  • Knowledge of networking and internet security
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows Server management

    • Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree

    • The hourly rate for this position is $49.12.
