Overview

Our CRDN Design Assurance Laboratory at Medtronic's Moundsview site provides Quality support across PDP from pre-market product development to post-market product surveillance, ensuring performance and safety of complex electromechanical devices throughout the product lifecycle. We're working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite to foster professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex electrical and hardware tests and provide updates to the broader team.
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for data collection and documenting processes.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and as an individual.
  • Identify, document, and improve known or potential issues in the lab.
  • Apply and maintain quality standards for all activities associated with product testing.
  • Contribute to investigations associated with product testing.
  • Comply with applicable department and site-wide procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

Must-Have : Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational or technical education, or certification.
  • Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 17025, and experience in a regulated environment.
  • Basic use of electrical instruments such as a multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.
  • Laboratory experience.
